FLORAL PRINT
Floral print is a quintessential part of my summer wardrobe – especially shoes from Karen
Millen (Maasmechelen Village and Kildare Village) and floral trousers from Spazio (Dolce& Gabbana) (Maasmechelen Village, Las Rozas Village andLa Roca Village).
LARGE TOTE BAGS
I carry all my essentials in a tote bag. I love Mulberry for the city (Bicester Village). For a short getaway, Tumi have chic weekendluggage (Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Bicester Village
and La Vallée Village).
WHITE BLAZERS
A white blazer gives everything a luxe feel; I wear mine with everything from jeans to silk dresses. Lacoste has some beautifully tailored examples (Bicester Village, Las Rozas Village, Fidenza Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village and La Roca Village) as well as
Reiss (Kildare Village and Bicester Village).
METALLICS
To wear the metallic trend in a subtle way, a thin gold belt offsets an outfit perfectly. I wear one to add shape to a dress, or paired with tailored trousers. I spotted a gorgeous slim-line belt at Jaeger (Kildare Village), and S.T. Dupont (La Vallée Village) has some great variations.
ETHNIC PRINTS
Ethic prints are huge this season, and Matthew Williamson always has some beautiful print versions of this on his designs. Inspired by different cultures across the globe, it always adds a bohemian twist to my outfit (Fidenza Village and Bicester Village).
FLORAL INTERPRETATION
Florals are huge on the catwalks, but my perfect interpretation of this trend is with floral-scented candles such as orange blossom and jasmine, which embody the warmer months. Villeroy & Boch offers some beautiful scented candles (Maasmechelen Village, Kildare Village, Bicester Village, La Vallée Village, La Roca Village, and Las Rozas Village).
NEON PRINT-CESS
A quirky trend this spring/summer is bright prints, which are everywhere. A great way to wear this trend is with printed trousers, and as I’m a capri pant fan, I’m looking for a few bright pairs, which I’ve spotted in Paul Smith (Bicester Village) and Escada (Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village and Maasmechelen Village) – both have some great neon versions.
OVERSIZED HATS
A perfect way to wear the oversized trend – a big, floppy hat is great for the beach. Missoni has beautiful bright hats on offer (Fidenza Village and Bicester Village), which I can’t wait to get my hands on.
EASTERN PROMISE
I think a printed skirt can instantly dress up an ensemble and Japanese-print designs are a beautiful variation on the Eastern-inspired trend. I love to shop Max Mara, which has a beautiful black-and-white print skirt (Bicester Village and Kildare Village). Wear with wedges for a stylish or a stylish summer look.
PASTEL CASHMERE
Pastels are a huge trend this season, in pale blues and pinks. A great way to wear this trend is with a beautiful cashmere sweater. It’s perfect for covering up on a cooler summer night. Wear with jeans for a low-key look, or add a feminine feel with a beautiful skirt. I love Bally’s soft versions, (Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village and Las Rozas Village)

Olivia Palermo thinks she likes blazers so much because they remind her of her mom.
The American fashion star used to love delving into her mother’s closet when she was little. She’s adamant days spent dressing like her parent have influenced her style as a young woman.
“I used to play dress-up in my mother’s closet. I think that’s why I wear blazers so much , as she had a huge collection. My favourites are by Armani and Joseph - for events, I’ll attach Art Deco clips to the lapels,” she told the latest edition of UK InStyle magazine.
Olivia is known for her preppy and chic style. She knows people think she dresses like that all the time, but thinks her real wardrobe would surprise them.
Sometimes she eschews high heels for flat shoes - although not every type.
“You’ll never see me in Crocs of Birkenstocks,” she said. “They don’t look good on anyone and when people wear them with socks it’s just horrendous.
“People imagine I’m constantly in heels, but I love my flats too. French sole pumps have a low, slim cut, which makes them really flattering on the leg. I have so many pairs in different colours, my shoe rack looks like a sweet shop.”
